Billing Structure

Research services are billed hourly in 15-minute increments.

The applicable hourly rate depends on the client’s preferred payment structure and whether billing is handled by retainer or deferred until resolution of the probate matter.

$185/hour — standard hourly rate with payment by retainer or as work progresses.

$225/hour — deferred-payment rate for matters billed upon resolution of the probate proceeding.
